Applications

For MBE and other semiconductor technologies.

Pieces 10 mm and smaller (see photograph) usually in 25g portions vacuum packed.

Ingots  Φ = 6, Φ = 10, Φ = 12.5, Φ = 15, Φ = 17 and

Φ = 20 mm  and 20.30 ±5 mm  length (see photograph).

All products are vacuum packed in glass ampoules to prevent oxidation.
