Applications

For MBE and other semiconductor technologies.

 

Pieces ≈ (10 x 20, 10 x 10, 10 x 5, …) mm2 plates, about 1-2 mm thick cut into pieces from bigger plates (see photograph)               

 

Ingots  Φ 10 - 10÷25  mm length

All products are vacuum packed in glass ampoules to prevent oxidation.
